Now this is starting to shed some light on the situation. The dates you are mentioning here, are exactly the same dates of my overdue balance. If I'm not mistaken, this is the period they switched over to the new website, and something must have gone wrong.
Why are they not contacting all the merchants to inform them on this matter? Why are they not arranging a monthly payment for these overdue balances? Why are they not answering any tickets concerning this matter?
The silence surrounding these overdue balances, will end up costing them far more than the actual overdue balances themselves. This is not a wise business decision.
Strangely enough, they have not missed a payment after November 2014 as of yet....ass please..........thank you...!!!!!!!
