Anybody has a contact from Amerinoc? (DMCA's not being taken care of...)

I've sent Amerinoc DMCA's and they've not been taken care of since a week. No reply... Nothing.

Is there anybody from them on the forums or could someone share me contact info to someone?

I doubt too. I always use the same template and it worked 98% of the time. I have two sites I simply can't remove my stuff from. I'm still on it though.

Just got a reply. It was "routed to the wrong place internally" and it is advancing correctly now.

It's never taken me more than 15 minutes to get a response from the support team at Amerinoc. I hosted there for over a year and put in dozens of tickets about my server downtime. My server would go down for at least 15-30 minutes almost on a daily basis. Wasn't a problem until I started hosting a mumble server on it.

Overall, response to support tickets were great but the stability of their servers suck and noone could fix it. They even moved me to a new server and the same shit kept happening.

Well... 7 days to reply to a DMCA support ticket for a US-based company was getting a bit unexpected. Far from the 15-30 minutes. I wanted to try live help, but it seems to be always closed when I try it.

Im sure customers get replies quicker then non customers.

sounds like a config issue they could not figure out or your server was just overloaded.
