Thats my size and I normally sit at 240. Im not guessing but Im having a hard time believing that you bike 10-20 miles a day. Ive had my fair hare of biking routines in the summer and thats a lot of space and time to cover. If you really did all that then you'd have virtually no time to do anything else but sleep and repeat. |

Nice job man. I'm guilty of doing something similar after the same show one year. Saw some pics of me and HATED them heh. I ran and ran and ran and swam and biked and basically tortured the shit out of myself. Lost some more weight but still had a high bodyfat %. Save yourself from some of that and scale down the carbs and sugars some. You will get there faster I assure you.

On the weekend you really went at it. And in about a year you lost only 30 lbs (a little over 1/2 lb a week). I call bullshit. Oh, and that's not jogging. 20 miles a day at 5 1/2 min miles? Why not just throw in an extra 6 and change and enter the NY marathon. With those times you'd finish in the top 5 for US runners. Losing 30 lbs is a great accomplishment and congrats. No need to embellish Mr Williams. |
