I recently signed a lease on a full rack at a data center in the heart of Texas. God's country. I asked the owner if he had problems with porn. He laughed and said "if it were not for porn, I don't know if we would be in business."

That commercial porn ban, instated in 2013, strictly prohibits adult ads on Blogger and the monetization of adult content, meaning you can't start a blog on the site to make money off porn.
