Actually, he's a marketing genius. If you strip "god" and references to religion out of any of his sermons, he's simply a good motivational speaker. He was smart enough to know that if he coupled motivational speaking with religion, there's a HUGE market to tap into with tons of earning potential.

And he's collecting every bit he can...

I think he is honest in his beliefs.. I've seen an few interviews where he is grilled about the 'fire and brimstone' ...makes him very unconfortable
