    Referral Philosophy?

In trying to do a favor a few months back, I made a seemingly mutually beneficial introduction/referral for two parties....It turned out bad.

Just curious how protective/selective you are with your referrals. How do you determine when or when not to refer when you come across someone is in need of a particular service?

      This ^

...but as far as introducing people or helping people promote what they're doing with no expectation of anything in return, I make it a Good Karma practice. I even refer a hook-up to my ex from time to time.

Hard to feel bad about trying to do a good deed.

Yeah, I typically like to rely on the Karma card getting played.
