Both of those guys look like they haven't trained a single day in their lives, either technically or physically. I mean,... they aren't even close to throwing any kind of real punch or kick or technique which indicates they've even had any training at all. "Heavy weight title fight"... haha.

for perspective, it would take someone about 6 months or so, working a couple hrs a day, 5 days a week in boxing to have good hands, sharp punches, good snap to punches, relaxed shoulders, good head movement, good hand positioning while punching, good footwork etc. It is pretty easy to work on boxing, where something like Jujitsu would take much much longer to develop any sort of ability. This video has to be when he just started. The problem is.. his form in the video looks just as bad as his form in the "heavy weight title fight".
