I was reading today that in Las Vegas the average person uses 219 gallons of water a day. In San Francisco it's 49 gallons a day, much better but certainly a lot of water per person considering you only need on average 2.2 liters a day to survive..

I had something like that in my Villa when I went to the Maldives, it's really awesome until all the bugs and lizards decide to join you for your evening shower due to the light being on lol. First time my wife used it, she freaked the fuck out when she look up and saw about 15 of the little lizards, I almost peed myself laughing. Harmless things but scary first time you see a whole bunch of them so close.Comment

I always marveled at this shower in Casa Loma (Toronto).
Considering it was built in 1911 - when much of the city barely had indoor plumbing, this marble shower (with semi-circle water jets) was incredibly opulent for its day.
