Hello everyone.
Wow its been a busy past 24hrs. Well here's the deal people.
hosthybrid.com is not coming back online. We actually got two of our servers hacked and lost a good number of client accounts. Well anyway I finally got a GFY account and went over there and saw all the drama. Just to correct somethings.
#1 "One person doesn't own Hosthybrid"
#2 "We are not frauds"
#3 "Neither xxweekxx or Amateurjournals own Hosthybrid. They were just people promoting/spamming boards for us/tech/cust service/friends. I guess they did a good job cause we got more clients than we even wanted or needed.
I think that's it for now. For those who we billed within the past 72 hours or so, go to 2checkout and submit a comment and we'll get to it and refund you your $$. Note that 2checkout.com might take up to 6 weeks to refund you.
For those who lost their accounts/files, i feel really bad but we didn't see this coming. Hosting has been nothing but stress for everyone involved. I learnt a lot from it though. Don't know why it was started in the first place. I guess experience doesn't hurt. Anyway the only thing i feel bad about is clients that lost their files. I don't feel bad letting this go. We shut down the rest of our servers because whoever that doesn't like us out there will do the same thing and I'm not ready for this stress.
Like i said before, those who are owed or just paid for a new month should go to 2checkout and submit a comment and we'll refund you. We have a LOT of users on 2checkout for other sites/products and it won't be too easy to know who is on the hosting or not. So if you do this it'll be easy to get your money to you.
For those who hosted with us, before all this drama started, you all know hosthybrid rocked and was the best! Who knows? I might be back in this hosting thing again for the fun of it... on second thoughts... nah I didn't know why i got into it in the first place.
One last thing, I just gotta let this out. If you ever start a hosting company, don't put any plan less than $49.99 . If you go cheap and put $4.99 plans, the people on the $4.99 plans are the people that know the least. You'll spend hours and hours explaining simple stuff to them. At the end you spend 4 hours and make $5 for the month from them. Heck i won't open an eyelid for $5.. Anyway incase there's anything i forgot to mention, post it here and i'll reply.
