Mostly because there are dozens of witnesses saying that's how he died, and there is zero proof other than a statement by someone we do not know and have no reason to trust.

ya thats a very old and very NOT true story. if you know the real history he was, as was pointed out, a very sick man...likely dying from various poisons he was being injected with by his personal physician Dr Theodor Morell as "medicine".

The decline in his mental facilities was evidenced by his strategic decisions in his latter years.

I dont think there is any doubt he died in that bunker by his own hand but even if he did not he wouldn't have lived long enough nor was he in good enough health to even make the trip to Argentina

I don't believe Hitler could have got out of there.

Josef Mengele died in 79 in Brazil.

apparently from the last videos of him they took that he also had Parkinsons (shape of his body, shaky hands)

like you said - even IF he made it out, it would not have been for long

but i have no doubt it ended that night
