Also a heads up to all who think they can just grab any image of any girl they choose and make a porn ad out of it - some states and soon the Fed are moving to make "Revenge Porn" a felony:
For example, Ariz. Gov. Jan Brewer, recently signed a law that makes it a felony to post intimate images of others online without their consent. Under Arizona law, perpetrators of revenge porn would face a presumptive sentence of 18 months in prison for the crime, which could be increased to 2½ years if the person shown in the image can be recognized. Under Arizona’s law, it is a crime to “intentionally disclose, display, distribute, publish, advertise or offer a photograph, videotape, film or digital recording of another person … if the person knows or should have known that the depicted person has not consented to the disclosure.”
The party is over for all you "dating" and other scam CPA networks stealing images to make your sleazy ads.Comment

I understand your frustration, especially when you don't get a quick response but i'm pretty sure he is not hiding or giving you the finger.
Give it a little more time and he will sort it out with you in private. He isn't into drama and certainly not public gfy drama. He has a good reputation and won't screw that up because of this specific issue.
All you want to hear is sorry and the removal of the content and some cookies and milk. Which he will take care of.Comment

Lawsuits cost money. I'd send a C&D, make it clear what they are doing and demand they correct it. Lawsuits are only good in theory and only look good to those who have never been through them. Only attorneys win at suing people..

Those gears are actually in motion now. I'm hoping to get satisfaction and avert that course of action though. I happen to be well aware that they are profiting massively from the likeness of the girls that we represent (none of them have ever signed a release form for anything btw) I'm also fairly certain that their BEST converting ads are our shit...the money train at our expense is about to come to a screeching halt.

Absolutely true - although in this case there is damage. Emotional and to brands.
When a girl has her image (no 2257 even in existence) placed in slick ads to bogus dating site scams - then smeared across dozens of the lowest and sleaziest porn tubes (many of them filled with JB and CP...the clients of Advidi in this case) there is damage, and judges have no problem finding for the plaintiffs, fairly quickly and easily - especially when the defendants are profiting to the tune of multimillions...yea slam dunk, and we are getting impatient.Comment

DBS I've read you before, no idea who you are but you seem like a serious dude who weighs in heavy. What's your opinion of that barking dog suit?
I would have said frivolous myself - until last summer when I rented a house for shoots and cam girls (1 yr lease) with the worst barking dog nuisance I could have possibly imagined: There was a 8 foot high cinder block wall between my neighbor and I - and they had 2-3 small constant yappers and a large BIG BARK mangy mutt. The noise from those dogs was INSANE. We couldn't use the pool - they would bark at US...They would bark at us every time we closed the patio doors or walked in our backyard. It was an all out 5 dog cacophony nightmare - we had to move the bed to the living room just to sleep.
I love dogs but I had fantasies about rat-poison laced steak toss.
I would bang on the door of the neighbors and they hid inside and refuse to come out to discuss the illegal levels of nuisance barking - I left a note on the door explaining that today would be the first of many calls to police if the barking didn't stop. Police filed the report and the next day the barking just stopped - stone cold silence...it was a miracle. We could finally sit in the jacuzzi and bask in the glorious sound of nothing. Amazing.
The neighbor had purchased ultra sonic anti-barking speakers and they WORKED - like a CHARM. The dogs would let out a single bark - then a small pained yelp...then nothing.
Those dogs made that gorgeous house unusable, not to mention costing us thousands when cam models couldn't work...that tab could have easily gone to 500k over a few years had I purchased that house and the dogs never quit.
Moral of the story - get those speakers for your hounds and keep the peace.Comment

my name is Ivo, VP of affiliate marketing at Advidi. First of all sorry that this issue occurred and thank you so much for your input. Sorry that it took a little bit of time to respond. But to give you a little bit more insight on how these kind of things can happen, let me explain how our system works. We have build an inhouse banner system which currently holds more then 25.000 banners. We are currently creating 500 fresh banners on a weekly basis which are getting added into the system as well. This system is used by 30+ affiliates on a daily basis for traffic they cant/ dont want to monetize. Some of these affiliates have the ability to upload banners into our system. They are using mainly tools such as WhatRunsWhere, AdultAdsPro etc. On the scale we run ads we have to automise the process and this is an unfortunate byproduct of of the way we work.
Please let me add send me an email to [email protected] with the banners that we need to remove. We will block the user as well that uploaded the banners so we will do everything to rectify this.

That's fine with me as long as you guys vigorously pursue the takedown of EVERY SINGLE IMAGE (and Gif) across your network as well eradicate our content from ALL of your affiliates websites even those you may have no control over (and yet still reap large profits from).
