The problem is, that I am not from the USA and I either need an online consulting or an attorney in Europe (can travel, if needed). My primary questions involve trademark/copyright issues, but I also have some general enquiries. Could anyone recommend someone? How expensive could this be? (approx.)

PushKidman ... all the attornies listed in this thread are USA based, well known and work very closely with the adult industry. Barry-XloveCam is absolutely correct. Read up on the information he provided you via the links. The problem is, that I am not from the USA and I either need an online consulting or an attorney in Europe (can travel, if needed). The "old" Michael ? Jeez you hit 45 and it's all down hill... LOL
Thanks for the mentions & recommendations. But Barry is correct he needs someone with EU experience. I've done Madrid Protocol TMs but I would refer him to Marc Randazza. Marc actually studied EU TM law in Italy and has an LLM in it.
He's based in Vegas though. If you need someone in the EU give me a couple of days to hit up an EU client or two and ask who they used over there. EU TMs can get tricky since they are first to file as oppose to the U.S. which is first in use.Comment

Thanks everyone for your feedback! By the way, tried looking for an attorney in the UK (visit the country frequently), but no luck.
