Because the average human being walking the earth today is nothing more than a slightly evolved Neanderthal. They want to make themselves feel like they are good people and are "doing something" so the moment someone is accused of something they jump on the bandwagon and shout "kill them". Meanwhile, the person who was beat to death may have simply been accused of the crime and could be completely innocent. And he may have in fact been a law abiding super nice guy who is a wonderful father and could have been falsely accused by a child abusing psychotic ex wife. The white knight police jump in and facilitate the child abuse because they tend to be of average to below intelligence like most people and then the child is damaged forever because they good parent is in jail and the child has to live with the abusive parent.
So OP do you know if he was simply accused and charged or if he was found guilty and was awaiting transfer to a prison? Is he accused of hurting his own child or some other kid?Comment

Nothing in the linked article says that Pedro Sanchez was a child molester. Usually I wouldn't give a shit, but for some reason, I decided to google it.
I simply searched "Pedro Sanchez beaten to death" and this was one of the results:

The article (for those too lazy to write) seems to be merely speculation from someone in the area, but it talks about how an arrestee, while being booked 1998, pulled a gun from his waistband and shot himself in the head. The problem is, he had already been searched several times. So how did he get the gun, or did the guards shoot him.
From there it goes on to talk briefly about Sanchez:
Sanchez, an inmate at the jail, died Monday after Monroe County Jail deputies claim he was assaulted by two inmates on Sunday.
But something's not right here.
For starters, Pedro's family members say they were never notified of his death by the jail, or the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Instead they learned of their loved one's death from Rochester news media.
Imagine your loved one is brutally beaten in the jail, with deputies everywhere who are supposed to protect the inmates, then your loved one dies, under the watch of Monroe County, NY Sheriff's jail deputies, and they don't even contact you to tell you that your loved one has died?
Something else which is disturbing is that Sanchez was allegedly taken to Rochester General Hospital after the "assault", for treatment.
After being treated, he was released and sent back to jail.
Jail deputies claim that they noticed "injuries" on Sanchez Monday, and that he was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he died.
What "injuries" did Monroe County Jail deputies "notice"?
New "injuries"?

That incident in 1998 involved my girlfriend's ex. He witnessed the arrestee kill himself in his custody and it fucked him up severely. The arresting officer missed the weapon on the initial search. The inmate pulled the gun in a 6x6 room and had a stand down with her ex. Exactly. He was arrested most recently for trespassing. Which means he was probably somewhere a level three sex offender shouldn't be...as he'd been sitting in jail for a few weeks.
Most trespassers are released and not held for weeks on end. That should tell you something.Comment
