Yes, we are using it...Not sure for how long though. Seems that Epoch is having more problems this week. Not only have sighups died over the last 3 or 4 days but even rebills are at about 1/5 of the norm. The week started out in a very positive direction but then they started having server issues.

Oh, and I am not jumping to conclusions here...We were told that there were server problems and if the surfer hit a bad server then no sign ups were going through.

We bust our asses to build sites, we pay high fees for adult merchant accounts, we pay more fees to Epoch, and yet we are at the mercy of their server glitches.

I do not want excuses...I want the services to work properly so that I can get paid.

Perhaps not, but then again I'm not the one spamming in a thread about someone else's processor.

SPOKANE, WASHINGTON - Electronic Transfer, Inc. is announcing the launch
of their new high risk credit card processing program.

ETI (http://www.electronictransfer.com)
can set up all of the following businesses to accept Credit Cards in one day:
Adult, Bail Bonds, Outbound Telemarketing, Merchants Shut Off For High Chargebacks, Future Service, Dating/Marriage Services, Detective Agencies, Casinos, Investment/Financial Services Companies, Lotteries, Massage Parlors, Astrology, Pre-Paid Telecommunication Services, Prescription Medicines, Pyramid or Multi-level Marketing Programs / Network Marketing, Matrix Sites, Telephone Sex, Chat-lines, Timeshare Companies, Legitimate Tour and Travel Packages, International Merchants etc..

Backed by a multinational company processing over 1 Billion U.S. dollars, the time
for a low cost high risk credit card processing solution has finally arrived.

High volume, start ups and even $100,000,000 accounts are welcome to apply.

Password Management Tools are provided at no extra cost for merchants who have web
pages that need protection. Password Management ensures that only subscribers with a valid
ID and password can access the web pages, making your web site secure. When subscribers
visit your web site, the system pops up a login window. If subscribers enter a
valid ID and password, they will have access to your members-only web pages.

Additional features include: Multi level access control for different departments to manage different functions, Daily sales report available to link directly to clients website, Customer service module that ties the member ID to the CC# for Customer Service Management and Affiliate Management.

Electronic Transfer, Inc. has been the standard for "non-cash" transactions for
over 14 years, since 1989. For additional information on Electronic Transfer, Inc.
or their services, please contact

AaronM and All...

We did indeed have some server errors yesterday for a few hours, although sales were not really affected that much. Yes they were lower, which hurts us all.

No excuses, just letting you know we are on it and aligned with you; if you don't sell, we don't sell.

Sorry for any problems, however I think we have a great track record in the tech area. We will and always do try harder.

C

PS: Mitch... you are like a buzzard sitting on a highline; just waiting for something terrible to happen so you can get some roadkill. I don't stalk your clients. Don't stalk ours and please stop taking every opportunity to spam. I am sure you have had a technical problem, right? Or does having your own Merchant Account make those go away too? I'll stop jabbing if you stop trying to profit off of other people's problems. Deal? Or should I just wait to see you in Phoenix for a duel?

Well said. If/When we decide to look for other proessors then I will start my own thread about it that people can spam on. Spamming on this thread is a very unprofessional thing to do and it will pretty much assure that I will not do business with those who choose to take advantage of others like this.

I do biz with Mitch from Netbilling, and I dont with Epoch (yet)

But Mitch, I have to agree with KK - your cause would be better served not spamming on the back of another processors problems.

If and when you have issues (like we all do), lets hope all you get is support

That being said, ask for a fucking ICQ or email. You are gonna get your ass booted from here with the blatant spam. But good luck to you.

Chris,

You've got it. Sometimes I get a bit spunky but no harm intended. I actually do not like to see any of the processors (except maybe Paypal) having issues. Processors are the financial backbone of this industry and we all must be strong to keep our merchants happy and keep the Visa gods at bay.
That being said, I will vow to try to keep the promotions down on threads that involve other processor problems. Basically... you be nice and I will to. What I say is not ever meant as spam, just good clean promotion.

Sound good?

Mitch

I think that cross sales can be good and bad.

The reason being that if you have a member that takes the cross sale the chances of them cancelling your site increase when they receive there bill and notice they're paying for two sites.

So it would probably decrease your overall retention.

On the other hand you get on average an extra $5 per sign-up using on cross sale on the intial join.

Sound good?

Mitch
Sure, except I don't know that your post here qualifies as good clean promotion.

But I think we understand each other. Or at least I hope so.

Shit! I was looking forward to that duel thing.

Chris,

We can still duel. Are you going to do the Lightspeed paintball deal? We can shoot each other there?

No, everything else is fine, including my asskicking machine, bitch.
