Hmmmm. Good idea. I have some ideas regarding this as well. Using premium traffic from opt in and actively opened email sources. I'll post my ideas. Not exactly the same as this thread's specs but somewhat similar. I won't be paying for submissions but will be giving you quality email traffic in exchange for your fresh content submissions. I'll have the calls for submissions up once the back end is coded.

Anyone got a URL for this project? I've got something similar cooking but I ain't paying for galleries.... feeding you qualified traffic should be enough
