My experience over the years with user-uploaded sites usually includes a ton of poor/mediocre garbage that people throw up (for whatever reason) - that nobody cares to see.

Or do the images load according to a ranking system? Just curious.

We store the images onto our server, hotlinking won't affect your bandwidth at all. Surfers can simply take a code like this:

and the image will be loaded from our site, not from yours.
