    Business How Has This Not Registered Domain Got a Pagerank of 3

    How has this domain ticketopensource.com got a PR3 even though it's not registered?

    I guess it's fake pagerank but how do you fake a domain you don't own?

      Nothing unusual. I didn't check it for fake pagerank, GTPR doesn't mean anything nowadays, anyway I guess that domain recently expired and it takes some time till its GTPR is grayed out.

          Yes it recently expired. I didn't realise pageant can stay with a site until an update etc.

              The last PR update was Dec last year and there probably won't be anther update any time soon; if ever. PR on this site is more about the links coming in and these are still around even if the site is offline. This site seems to have some massive links coming in. This site would be a fantastic buy IMHO and you probably should probably remove the URL

                      well it has nice backlinks, for example microsoft.com/web/gallery/ticketsystem.aspx
