    Ibill's 3/15 payment isn't going to be sent until the 18th!!!!!!

    I called my bank to see if my ach came through from ibill for the 15th... (today)..... and they said no...

    I called ibill and they said that they won't be sent out until the 18th.... !!! Due to a "payment delay"


    WTF

    First WSB....... and now IBILL....... does everybody think it's ok to be late now????

      Does this piss anybody else off???? I mean i really don't care all that much.... I don't need the money right now.... BUT ... I just hope WSB didn't start a nasty trend.... and more importantly.... I hope that the merchant banks aren't the cause of all this trouble......

      It also bothers me that ibill couldn't just front the payout.....

                  Well its been this way for awhile and that ibill checks dont get cut on saturdays so they will not be posted to monday... Since intercept bought ibill they are considered a bank. So they follow banking rule.. Me personaly i would think the checks would go out as normal on monday like usual but if for some reason they dont go out till the 18th , it would also seem normal to me becuase i usually get checks on thursday or friday

                          Unfortunatly you are not the only one. I just went online also and found the same thing. I am currently switching to CCBill but because of rebills I am stuck with IBill also. Maybe we are the last two.

                                              I'm not worried about a 3 day delay.... What i'm worried about is Ibill's 3 day delay lasting as long as WSB "It'll be there no later than friday" which turned into almost a month!

                                                      There is no excuse for it. One webmaster like this in your program can cause you more headache that it is worth. Please god tell me they owe you more than 5 grand and this isnt over anything less.

                                                              Affiliate programs are 1 thing.... payment processors are completely different... payment processors have NO reason to be more than a few days late!

                                                              What WSB did was fucking rediculous......

                                                                  Well man if your proccessing over 20k a pay period then you need to get a better relation ship with your rep.

                                                                  First off i would never say a cross word on a public board about a company that is holding my money.

                                                                  Second off if you are the program owner and you have a webmaster program what are you telling webmasters about your buisnesss..

                                                                  me personaly if i had a payment issue id be in there office monday morning sitting down at a table learning what goes on at ibilll...

                                                                  If you as a program owner cant pick up a phone and get a hold of someone on a saturday you need to build that relationship ,, that way maybe you have a cell number or a pager number to call on a sat.

                                                                  I also dont think there is any kind of delay!!!

                                                                  when the 15 or the 1st falls on a saturday checks are not cut till monday and most likely mailed till tuesday,,

                                                                      AS far as my affiliate program goes.... I have PLEANTY of money to cover the whole thing if the "shit should hit the fan"

                                                                      Ibill has the best conversions i've seen..... I trust them.... The only part of ibill that i don't trust is their phone monkeys that answer the general tech issues..... every one of them have a different explanation for problems.......

                                                                                      Ibill doesn't suck..... WSB is the only other processor that pushes as small of a decline ratio in my experience.......

                                                                                      Ibill has always sent the ACH on saturday if the payment date fell on either a Saturday or Sunday.... In the past that is......

                                                                                              Sometimes the customer service is alittle relaxed but besides that we have had no problems with ibill. Checks always on time. Sometimes their software is alittle buggy but I think unless you get your own merchant account. They are all the same give or take, all with pros and cons .

                                                                                                          Ibill watches this board more than you think. So the next time you need help and feel your being ignored by ibill you'll know why.

I have been in this industry for 4 years now and have always been paid on time with ibill. I used them when I use to promote affiliate paysites in the past and now use them for my own affiliate program. They do have times where things do get rough, but they always pull through as a reliable company. I have also used others and I prefer them over the competition.

                                                                                                                                              I wish ibill offered more features. like being able to give the customer an option to subscribe to 2 sites rather than just 1. i know epoch does that... ibill also needs some nicer (sexier) templates. they do a great job tho when it comes to cmi panel lotsa features.
