Like a strong beer. Take big can (500ml+) of light or regular beer (4-5%), pour 40ml of 40% vodka and that would be something like that

But steel reserve is from the same category as col45 or OE 800. Maybe less stereotypical notorious as ghetto drinks, but +- same thing.
