Who can find me some articles on proxy
Doing a research project
Who can find me some articles on the use of a proxy and stats on proxy use for accessing illegal content.. Maybe FBI reports, DHS reports, copywriter reports something where it shows stats on how many who access illegal content use a proxy ....

You might as well just pull the stats out of your ass since I don't think there's going to be meaningful data out there. If they use a proxy correctly they don't get caught, so the FBI only catches the ones who don't, or who do it wrong.
