when taking in fat like that its very dangerous changing without seeing a doctor

i know at least 2 that have done it and died. you have to see what condition your heart is in and the rest of your system. detoxing i think is the first step

I was talking about walking around the block a few times. But you are right, if he is ridiculously obese than one certainly needs to see a doctor first before doing any moderate to strenuous activity.

I have also known people that have died from quitting drinking. Not from detoxing or anything like that, but apparently alcohol thins the blood to some degree, so when they stopped, it thickened and full on heart attack.

One place wont serve me, because apparently "I shout at their staff..." Another place doesn't have a sense of humour regarding requests about the presence of 'Dog' in their meals, and the only other one, that is right across the street, will serve me but NOT deliver...
