Can someone kindly tell me how the fuck to post my own videos on my tumblr sites?

I am hosting the videos and simply trying to post the furl but it NEVER takes them?

I am going fucking crazy! Please tell me how you do something as simple as posting my own videos (short teasers) on tumblr.
