its open source, can make modifications as you need
its easily scalable , if accidently your site goes viral
unlimited domains license
quick support , even at midnight when he wakes up just to pee.

I am not sure if this is something you did not want to do, but you could add an affiliate program to your site (for all three programs).

The problem with that is logistics. 90% of people have some pre-sale questions and hit me up on icq/skype/etc after going on the site so my own contact info on the site is basically a "traffic leak".

We have it running on one of our sites/servers. Its solid and the CS is very good. Still hoping for some new features to it but they are sort of specific and plan to send him a list of ideas that might help a LOT of other people.

I wasn't making fun of the way k0nr4d codes. He made a TGP script for me a while back that works great. When I said "top notch", I meant it as a compliment which I think most on this thread understood. You, maybe not.

Yeah, definitely not me. Honestly, I didn't look at your username ... I just figured you were one of the troll squad who constantly brings up the way MB is coded. It makes a PROGRAMMER twitch, but it makes a WEBMASTER delighted to see. Mostly, the people who complain aren't savvy enough to know why that's a GOOD thing.

So far I have been able to customize Mechbunny to do anything I want.

Unlimited domain license plus the multi-site version is hard to beat.

I would like to see the templates only contain html though because changing designs would be easier.

The TGP script looks damn good so far. I love their experimental template for it. The ratings right on the pics is awesome, too. I don't run in the TGP circles, but I see a lot of people buying it an doing well with it.
