I'm divided on this WSB thing. It seems some people within that company are busting their asses to keep everything together, while others are sledgehammering away at destroying any good will or credibility WSB has built up.

I didn't get paid for ages; in fact, during every single pay period in my brief time with WSB I had to fight with them for weeks to be paid. I receive regular emails from my affiliates who signed up through the WSB programs reporting that they're making far less now than when I was with CCBill.

Yet at the same time when I talk with WSB people on the phone, once we get past the initial confrontations, they seem to be basically decent people forced to defend the almost indefencible.

Someone there decided that I was more trouble than I was worth and unilaterally closed my account at about the same time I was asking to be paid, so I'm not using them for signups anymore. I'm hoping that they'll pay me the balance of what's owed for the early February, as well as make their March payments already collected from my customers before closing my account.

On Kimmykim's recommendation I'm looking at returning to CCBill, which should make my affiliates happy, but I'm also researching Jettis and Epoch as possible alternatives. As a backup I have an offshore merchant account but haven't decided whether to use it or not.

To get to my point, how many WSB clients are happy with the current efforts to resolve the backlog of missing money at WSB, and how many are looking elsewhere? Let's hear all sides of this.

Well, I think what is happening is that people are so bummed out by WSB, (and maybe have read about it in so many threads), they just skip over it.

So many people STILL have not gotten paid according to latest posts. That should be a definite indication that signing/staying with them will pose major problems for you.

I'm using CCBILL and LOVE them! Not only do your checks arrive on time (and for the full amount), they have actual *24/7* customer service!

Go with CCBILL..you'll be glad you did!

yeah, I was with CCBill. WSB promised me lower rates, etc.

I would personally use probilling as the primary and CCBill as the backup / rollover processor, the only reason it isnt reversed is because i can use probilling to accept visa where as with CCBill i cannot.

The other good thing about using both of these companies is that they use different scrubbers.

I'd let a shaven yak with a broken pencil and a notepad process for me before I ever let WSB handle it

their accounting department is a fucking joke, every single person who works there should be fired and replaced with a monkey, they'd get more done and probably get it done a lot better then it's already being done now.

i am in the process of putting together a processing solution for a nicely funded new company ... this and other threads sure make WSB sound like too much trouble.

certainly not a vote of confidence for the smaller site owners... one of my friends just missed being able to pay his house note due to WSB's new payment schedule, so they can fuck off as far as i'm concerned... you don't see ccBill giving out such bullshit excuses for not sending out owed money..
