Definitely warm it up manually for about 2 months or so. Consistent. Then introduce a bot to take over the same pattern of posting.
I have 17 IG accounts (IG, Twitter, and Tumblr) that are all botted. I create the posts and pile them into the scheduler.
Out of all platforms, IG cracks down the most on bots, so be careful.Comment

I work with paid Instagram campaigns in mainstream.
I'd say that when it comes to our vertical, it's a great tool for brand awareness with naughty yet safe for work content, IT'S not however, a tool to send direct traffic.
