I need to top up an account on Webmoney but the procedure seems to be complicated (giving I dont have RU bank account or account on any of their e-wallets). So I would like to ask if anyone has account on Webmoney and can transfer some money (few hundreds USD)? I am paying you first VIA PayPal and then you pay me on my webmoney wallet.
