As for the old payouts - they paid me something around 40%.

So far they have been paying me on time, however I've got one new payout with ETA 2015-01-12 that has a status "payout processed" instead of "payout sent".

I've got 2 new payouts with settlement date this month. One of them with ETA 2015-01-12. And about $12000 in Reserve (old payouts).

Sorry they took too much money from too many webmasters, so fuck what if they are finally trying to pay it back(6-12months) later. You dont get a "pat on the back and that o'boy" here, you get a fucking pay everybody everything you owe them NOW!!!!

Late to the party, but I still found a parking spot.

Z is not my primary processor, I don't use a recurring membership system and I'm not owed any money. Aside from some reserves I'm paid in full.

Regarding adding Zombaio as a secondary processor, I will at some point, I just don't have any use for a secondary at the moment as I've been busy with other projects and barely have time for my own regulars right now (all of whom use my primary biller without issue).

Will I add them back as a secondary when I get back to focusing on my clients? Absolutely. For all their faults (and the way the CEO handled the payout delay was a case study in how NOT to handle a situation), Zomabio has been good to me, and I've saved 1000's of dollars over the years due to the higher payout percentage offered compared to other IPSPs. Besides that, even with the payout delays Zombaio has consistently offered better merchant support than my current primary biller.

I don't hold any ill will towards Zombaio. Primarily I want Z to get through this so that every single merchant currently owed funds gets paid in full, but I also want Z to thrive because I do believe that this company adds value to the adult industry, lowering the bar to entry for smaller, independent sites.

that may not be a popular response/position but that's where I stand.

Well as promised a report about the payout this week.

2 days late and still on Processed status, which means not sent (my account does not have it).

24+ hours and no support reply, but they have seen the ticket.

As a small webmaster, I can not take it anymore. I depend financially on payouts as my only income.

I have had others including Verotel (and others who are gone and stole from me). Verotel closed me 8/9 years ago, despite all paperwork in order, but they just did not like Thailand. Verotel also still owe me some money, guess they forgot.

Just so tired of depending on others for a living on the internet where all are free to do with my money as they please.
Who am I going to sue when living in Thailand as a webmaster making 800-1500 USD a month, which is enough for a good living here.

Time to call the adult internet business quites and go back home and start again fresh with a new life.
That will start with living with family, finding a job (if possible) or just draw social security and wait to die.

Guess I am in a bad and negative mood today, but got my reasons and Zombaio is not the only negative in my life now.

I still do not agree with SM69, but Zombaio don't care about small webmasters. Guess my money is going to the big webmasters, who can afford a delay, unlike me.

But to be clear, I still do not think Zombaio is stealing, just made mistakes and is unable to solve them. Why sometimes send payouts and other times don't. As an active webmaster I would have been happy with the "new" Zombaio if just all new/current payouts would be on time and I could have waited for the old unsettled payouts.
But since the new current payouts are also on delay with no responses from support, I can only fear the worst, which is: THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ME AND OTHER SMALL WEBMASTERS.

I tried to be positive towards Zombaio with this thread, but they show a negative additude.

I have been in the adult internet business for 13+ years.
It was a lot better in the past, less sharing, tubes/torrents and such, but I still managed to survive, until now, because I need money to live and I am making enough money, just not getting it.

Some very big webmaster should thank me, since he is getting paid by Zombaio from my money.

Sorry you didn't get your money, but dude what made you think you would ? Empty or half met promises...... all this just to save $1,200 bucks on MC/Visa fees.... is it really worth it?

Zombaio isn't stealing , just borrowing your money without your approval and paying it out, whenever and to whomever they chose.

They paid me some(40%), but owe a good bit still. Its exhausting to constantly check to see if they are fulfilling their promises or if current payouts are hitting. If they make good great, but until then they have forced me to switch to get an alternative.
