I've seen "obvious or implied drug use" prohibited in many a TOS for live cam or VOD. It weakens a Model Release ("He forced drugs on me and coerced me into it!") and they don't want to deal with potential legal exposure from a disgruntled/crazy model.

So of course we know, no model is ever high when they're shooting a scene or broadcasting a show.

I think that a lot of the people who consume porn are certainly high while they do it BUT I am not so sure that there is a specific fetish segment that is big enough to want to pay for watching girls (or guys or both) smoking pot before or during sex.

Smoking is a very interesting fetish but usually associated with danger and "bad boy" attitude which is sexy (for gay guys to watch and for females probably as well) but again, for straight sex or solo I don't see it.

Also as stated above, legal considerations about the models actually being under the influence (of anything) would open up exposure to potential legal action as contracts are not typically considered valid if signed when impaired.
