                                                                  Let's try. that thing in the OP wiht M&Ms and everything is, guestimatting pretty good, 3000 calories, all bad crbs, no fbr. So assuming I could eat the entire thing, I'd fire up 4u of Novolin R and keep checking my sugars every hour for several hours. based on my sliding scale

                                                                  i'm fortunate, I have a low insulin tolerance.


                                                                  how would you dose for that?
