If you are looking to add ads contact an ad network and have them help you out. If you want to later switch just find there code and switch it out.

1.) If you have a shitty webdeveloper, why do you use his services?

2.) I don't think it should be his job to figure out how to monetize your site.

3.) Usually when you start a tube, you need some sort of plan on how to make money off of it?

If someone lands direct on a video page and watches the video (or not) but doesn't go to any other pages i think it still counts as a bounce.

The best way to make money from a tube website, is to work with programs like Ero-Advertising, and Plugrush.

You also need to remember about a fully fledged mobile version of your sites, and working with programs like Bitter Strawberry (they are very good for this), and Sex Goes Mobile.

Other mobile networks include First Mobile Cash, and VPS Mobile.

One of the best solutions for a tube website is Tube Ace for Wordpress. Make sure you give them a try.

If thats a 30 day stats, I assume u receiving about 600 uniques a day. That will make u nearly nothing, since adult traffic is really about quantity now adays. Especially free tubes or other free sites you need alot of visitors before you can test which ad platform work the best. I would suggest you just throw Exoclicks, those CPC all over the site or page, maximize the exposure remember to add pop under, see how much you early the first week, then switch to revshare or PPC for another week, then use Gaming site or Dating Or Pills for another week, at last pick a model which u think make you a more sustainable and higher income, stick with it, and keep growing your tube. I give u a more realistic number, if u want to earn $3,000 a month, you need at least 50,000 or 60,000 uniques a day, depends on what kinda site you have.
