tblop has an Alexa of 29k, so I'd have to say that someone is using the site.

there is tons of those, but it is not bad idea to use it for some internal project or just some gateway to your sites so, anyone have any wp theme like that?

I remember I used a plugin that linked the post title to external links but I can't remember the name. Maybe custom links or something like that.
