[T]herefore, the Court lacks jurisdiction over Defendant Thrive. Because of this, the Court need not determine whether the exercise of jurisdiction would comport with the traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice.

IV. CONCLUSION

It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (Docket No. 110) is GRANTED.
