That last Hobbit movies was absolute trash. Cheesy made-up love stories accompanied by cringe worthy lines, retarded fight scenes that went on for what seemed like days, too much and bad CGI, way too long and they somehow managed to leave some of the best parts of the book. Fuck Peter Jackson, fuck Hollywood, fuck Orlando Bloom.

I agree. The Hobbit was a far worse bastardization than even LOTR. Call me a geek, or whatever, it sucked bad. The last hour of the 3rd movie was mostly a chain of retarded fight sequences with hardly any dialogue. LOTR contained maybe 25% made up shit; Hobbit was probably 50%.- *** -Comment

That's the problem with it (and a lot of movies), it was made to appeal to largest possible base of moviegoers. Such was evident when they decided to stretch a 300 page children's book into a 3 part 9 hour action epic.Comment

The ending was terrible, the foreshadowing for LOTR was awful (this is a PREQUEL remember jacko). Bad bad bad.My Affiliate Programs:

I agree it was pretty bad. Just fight fight fight, little to know character development. A few surprise characters on screen for 2 seconds. Boring and dull dull dull. Some of the CG is fantastic but some of it looked rushed. I didn't care about any characters, and the fighting was just none stop and boring and pointless. Plus, that HFR/48 format sucked donkey balls too. A real waste of $20.Comment

I'm not saying the exact END of the film, the last few seconds or so. I mean the last ACT of the movie, the last ten minutes or so. Many loose ends, parts of the tale not told, and this was Jackson's opportunity to show....drum roll please.....GOLLUM. Or Anything about the brewing evil that would spill out in LOTR.
"Foreshadowing" is a technical screenwriter's term. It means dropping hints along the way that will pay off later in the film. Chekov's principle of if you show a gun in Act 1 it better be used in Act 2.
Whatever, the ending was anything but great.
But what about the children inside us all?My Affiliate Programs:
