of course I have a grill, and my parents' bbq brisket recipe. I would never bbq a brisket on a grill though. proper bbq brisket is cooked in a smoker.

But that's for another thread.

nevertheless, I added the smilies above and the comment that the brisket was a last minute choice. good news though, this thing is pretty tasty, we put it in the food processor and made chipped brisket sammies. tasty enough and they go perfect with the jack daniels !
