Yesterday I hired my first programmer from Odesk, he looks like a trustworthy guy. The name "Debal" actually means "Trust" in Indian:

It was between him and some other idiot who wanted $15/hour. Which i think is a complete rip off. (do these programmers not know there is thousands of needy bastards that are willing to do the same work at a slashed rate)
He quoted me $50 for the project. Full tube software (i decided to take the advice and do a tube instead). So we have $19,950 left for the project and a $100 adwords coupon.
Im quite excited to have this going.

1. I have 5k sitting in Exoclicks to get the ball rolling
2. I signed up for AFF, i see them promoted lots of places so they must be good
3. I had an indian rip pornhubs design
4. I signed up with webair shared server
5. I ripped as much content i could from torrent sites (of course i have the "licenses)
6. I have 50 gigs of content uploading now to pump to my surfers
7. I hired 10 other Indian guys to flood top models facebook pages with links to free content so they know where they should go
