    Hosting With GoDaddy & 2257

    Ok, I am not asking because I am too lazy to do some research myself!

    If someone does hosting with Godaddy and has 30 seconds to reply or drop me an ICQ I would appreciate it.

    All I want to know is the Bare Facts about the 2257 Law.

    I have not done any Hosting in the USA since the late 90's OUT OF IGNORANCE! (I will say it so NO ONE has to TELL ME!) I love this place!

      The 2257 law would apply regardless of where you are hosting, (within the US, anyway)....GoDaddy or not. So, I don't know why you asked specifically regarding GoDaddy hosting.

      You're required to maintain proof of legal age of any performer on your site, or images you host.
      That's the short version, anyway.
