I'm still stuck (kinda) in old ways of thinking, which is the 20, but I have contacts, a rock solid rep, on-the-job knowledge of: sponsors, html, ctr 'tricks' for want of a better word, basic image/video manipulation, and a ton of those other little ingredients we all have that come over time for the 80.
