Lets spend government funds to help a private foreign owned company write secure computer code.If Obama had half a pair he would go to congress and ask for $40 million to buy the film rights (both sony and congress would probably jump on the deal) then turn around and distribute it worldwide for free, including launching dvds over the border by balloon like the south koreans do from time to time, set up broadcast satellites and tv stations all around the country to play it 24/7/365 into NK just to say "fuck you"
I see a bunch of NK experts saying this is what the regime's really afraid of, people might see the movie and get the idea that the Kim family's not what they've been taught all their lives.

Threats to kill Americans if they go see a movie inside the US, even a movie made by a Japanese owned company, should go unchallenged?
I thought it was funny that they hacked sony, it ceased being funny when they made threats against civilians to get their way.
If something isn't done by the US to address this it will grow and spread.
