Rant Plugrush failing hard, where's the $$?

So i did a few very small testbuys on Plugrush, yet nothing over there seems to work as it should.

I ran a (very) small test, worked fine, i want to extend the campaign for a little bit, so i click "extend" and add 10 bucks to it, surprisingly, the campaign only got +/- $7 added to it...

Right, i let it run the 7 bucks (should have been 10..), and extend it for another $10 (dumb move), this time i get +/- $6 credited to the campaign.....wtf Plugrush?

Opened a ticket, got a std. reply "we'll forward it to account guy" and haven't had any reply for 5 hours now, gj plugrush

Strange.

Normally, when i deposit $10.00 into a traffic broker account - i'm immediately assigned my own personal executive assistant, a butler, 3 thai hookers show up at my door and i instantly start getting flooded with invitations to Hollywood A-Lister parties, events at the White House with Obama, dinner invitations with the Sultan of Brunei, $100,000 in house credit at any Monte Carlo casino and 3 thoroughbred race horses. And what does it have to do with not getting a reply in 7 hours on a workingday when i pay X amount and i am simply not getting that amount, and not getting any valid explanation.

I cannot even begin to imagine how this could even happen, but there's no chance in hell i'm going to put any big numbers on this network, will get a refund asap.

It happened with me once

You probably just bought some mobile redirects
They send you more traffic than you pay for most of the time
Never extend

I extended once for over 15$ and got nothing ! 0 traffic. Opened a ticket and they told me the next day that they have sent more traffic initially so the money went to the previous traffic order.. It does suck balls actually IMO

Hope it works well for you and let me know if it is a mobile campaign that you extended

I'm sure any business takes time to get answers on issues. You're probably not their only customer having issues if it's a constant thing you are experiencing. Give them time to investigate...

We're aware that the system is sometimes unable to throttle traffic beyond a certain amount and will oversend on some campaigns (depending on GEO and traffic type, it's just impossible to get it 100% accurate). Usually this isn't that much traffic, but depending on the specific traffic type and GEO combo it could oversend by thousands on occasion.

When you couple that with extending campaigns, then you still get traffic for your money; but part of your extend amount might go toward the traffic that was oversent initially.

You could create a new campaign instead of extending the one that received more traffic than ordered, if that's a big problem for you.

We're always working to improve PlugRush and this is one of the issues we will implement some changes for the in the near future.

Plugrush - Push ads, native ads, banners & pops. Buy & sell adult and mainstream traffic.

In my opinion, Plugrush is good, because it is the best to try traffic from different ad networks / sites. In general, I've been getting the best results with Traffic Shop, and Traffic Holder.

Ava Traffic is something that can be used too.

Plugrush is awesome! I have to admit that I make better conversion rates with some other ad networks, but Plugrush support is great and their traffic is cheap. I love them.

Try EroAdvertising or JuicyAds. They are the best in my opinion.
