    I've waited a week, and been very polite, but my patience has worn thin.... I gave you the benefit of the doubt, but it's starting to look like you have taken my trust and shit all over it... Kindly deliver what I paid for or refund my money

                                                                          If you buy links from someone you don't know you better ask them to place your link in advance (before payment is sent). They should be ok with that, if you don't pay in a reasonable time, they can just pull the link.
