I don't know what other countries are doing but I would imagine if you got caught importing a large number or a small number often enough you'd find yourself in more hot water than a few hundred bucks profit is worth

I can't even say for sure that they're fake. One of my suppliers said that the factory they get them from makes them specifically for in Walmart stores. I decided to try and return a broken one to Walmart. It scanned into their system and they replaced it no questions asked.
It's definitely a grey area. I don't sell them on eBay anymore. Ghetto clothing, music and cell phone shops take them from my by the case.Comment
