                                          And sadly, I agree with everything written about it. it truly is a shit hole. The trouble with Harlow is that it's slap-bang in the middle of the London commuter-belt and as Harlow is cheap and everywhere else is so-damn expensive, Harlow has indeed attracted all of the dregs - yes, me included.

                                                      Good points about why it is what it is, though the water gardens is ok-ish. I fucked a wannabe solo girl who flaked after about 36 hours in the Asda's changing room at the Water Gardens last year after filming her flashing and wanking in that coffee shop next to Nando's is it? hence I think it's alright

                                                          I love that ASDA, I think that every member of staff there have been recruited from special needs schools! The next time I go in that coffee shop, i'll keep an eye out, just in case.

                                                                      either, just google. Epping is the nearest town to Harlow, compare the prices. Bare in mind that there is only one less than desirable area in Epping and even then its still pretty good, by contrast Harlow has one desirable area - Church Langely.

Cheshunt has some nice places, but even the shittier areas you are looking at $2200 a month ($2500 a month when you add in council tax) for a very small basic 3 bed house.

                                                                              To buy a 1 bed tiny house there was $272,000 last time I looked, in 2008. Skip 5 minutes over the M25 into Enfield, and you can add $20k right there.
