Is there a way I can find out where a person is located while I talk to them via ICQ? The country would be enough.

if they are giving you shit - you can send them a false authorisation request using their UIN number
and when they click to add themsleves to their own ICQ list - it nukes their ICQ

Netstat doesnt work on the newer icqs.
Even if it did, EVERY single persons ip would show to belong to aol since Mirablis is owned by AOL.
and the command is
go to dos, and type -netstat
itll list ips, and then wait for them to send you a message and as soon as they do type -netstat again, the new ip would be theres.
But it doesnt work anymore...
