If you think you're entitled to free support for only $2,000, you're either an idiot (which you are), or on GFY (which you also are). What they do is ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. MechBunny is worth more than $1,000 per license with NO support. In fact, the whole reason I bought my second license (which I don't need; MB is unlimited) was to recognize their great support and solid product, and reward them for such.

my wordpress always asks me if i want to make updates, then i must click and accept the updates ... not like something is going on on my sites without my knowledge even if it is good for me, it is not good for me sleeping, knowing that someone is logging to my sites and doing, who know what, maybe downloading my database of users? but maybe it is in their tos that they will be logging to your sites, then its all right

Yeah, it's awesome. I installed it on a site a while ago, didn't really touch anything after loading the first batch of videos (LOL), and it's doing ~500k monthly pages now. Sheesh.

My tubes that I have guys actually spending time on grow faster, obviously, but I am not going to turn up my nose at 500k free monthly pages!

Yes, most of the code gurus who try to reinvent the wheel (if not whole car), which is tested and supported from vendors, ends up spending more (time is money!) and having to update themselves. Being a coder is still useful if you have the source code and you can do small edits yourself, or in giving meaningful instructions to developers how to customise existing software (what I hire konrad for).
