last EBAY scam i just witnessed

Please note that we have recently ended all listings for the sellerksixoyeas it appears the account has been compromised and used by an unauthorized third party. The seller's privileges to trade on eBay may be temporarily suspended while we investigate this matter further."
seems the sellers account (5 years old, with almost 200 positive reviews) got hijacked and was being used for this auction.. i almost got raped thousands of bucks

That why you have to use an escrow based payment service for ANYTHING that is above a few bucks...
You don't approve payment until the shipment arrives intact.
