NY policeman not indicted in chokehold death, protests called.

Do you blacks think you have carte blanche to challenge the police, and when you get your ass handed to you it's a black and white thing, right ? Fucking racist morons !

When the police tell you to stand down and put your god damn grubby hands behind your back you put your damn hands behind your back. Who are you to challenge anything, especially when you're breaking the law.

Have you seen the video? Did you see the part where the guy is on the floor NOT resisting and shouting 'I can't breathe'? They murdered that man, the choke hold is illegal according to THEIR rules and regulation. That he is not being brought up on charges is diabolical.

Before you accuse me of the 'R' word, I'm on the other side of the fence on the Ferguson issue. Do I think Michael Brown deserved to die? No. Do I think the charged the cop, went for his gun, and was an overgrown thug? Yes. And regrettably for him, aggression was met with aggression and he came out on the losing end.

If morons just take race out of it and judge each situation on it's own, you might get somewhere.

What's that have to do with anything. The guy was resisting at first, he was bigger than the cops so more than one ganged up and took him down. Once he was down, he wasn't resisting, just saying 'I cant breathe' because he was being strangled. You don't think the cop should have let go?

Looks like by the time the sleeper/choke hold was put on good about 10-13 seconds worth.

The man had a seizure or heart attack, and report says he died from pressure on the chest. (what I heard on the radio)

It resisted arrest. What else were they supposed to do? A physical take down is normally safer than a stun gun. Maye they need tranquilizer guns to use on the big ones.

2. From what I saw above the chokehold did not kill him - Not enough time - Also, if you actually can't breathe you can't shout 'I can't breathe' - Nursing 101.....

3. So this obese guy, already stressed, is then arrested - Possibly one of the most stressful things that can happen to you...

4. One of the most common things you will hear someone having a heart attack say is 'I can't breathe'.....

Being arrested should not warrant a death sentence, especially when a police offer uses a method that is against dept. policy

It wasn't choked to death. The cops did what they had to do to take down that huge beast after it resisted arrest. Watch the video. If they lightened up it would have gotten back up.
