I don't really pay much attention to that idiot but I vaguely remember a thread here where he had adopted or was looking after someone else's kids (sister or something maybe?) and a bunch of people gave him a hard time about being a religious whacko and questioned if he was fit to have children in his home. Yes. And section 288a(c)(1) specifically refers to under 14. There's different codes for under 18 and 16.

Well strictly speaking not necessarily. Most people think that word just means an attraction to children, but it's more specific that that. It refers to an attraction to prepubescent children. It's entirely possible a 14 year old has gone through puberty these days.

I didn't know what a Ramney Warrant was until you mentioned it. It seems to be a more serious warrant - meaning someone is a threat to society and bypass the district attorney and get an order from a judge to arrest someone.

If I recall correctly, this isn't the first time Donny has been charged with this? Seems like there was an ongoing investigation about these charges.

Totally, but the statute was probably instituted as a means to differentiate between a young adult and child.

Not much you can do about girls hitting puberty earlier. That's from them all wearing disposable diapers.
