          Meaning that in complying with federal law and doing the mandatory background checks, there is no one there to do it before 8 am, where the store is going to be open all night or opening very early for the holiday.

But if you get there at 7:59 am and are a convicted axe murderer then they will happily hand over an AR-15 and say "Have a nice day"
