No, I remember my phone said I was in Russia once, before it found the actual GPS location. I think it is just a glitch. I already checked that link and everything is ok.

i always say no to the 'share your location with google' shit. I do have an android phone with GPS, i use navigation everytime i go somewhere ive not been before. So although i use GPS it doesnt show my location history and im glad.
