    This must surely be a hobby for you, cuz I can't imagine any rational person wanting to run their business in this manner nor do business with any company that does.

    And their 4.9% was a bait and switch

    As I have said before drop Zombaio and get with anybody else; Verotel, Epoch, CCBill, etc...

        Yes, I decided to consider it as a hobby, although the amounts are always calling to get serious It was a "big business" for me long ago, when I was much younger.

        The 4.9% was very real and it was real for a long time, so even if it was a "bait", I enjoyed munching it quite a lot, no complains whatsoever, so thank you Zombaio

        Those are all great companies you mentioned and yes sir, I already use them all and a few others too, but they are much less fun then Zombaio, that's all I'm saying. Just like Jeremy Clarkson who's valuing a special type of cars that are "fun to drive", I also started looking mainly for fun in all possible aspects of life. I guess it comes with the age

        I recall loosing money to iBill, Paymonde, ePassporte... those companies went out of business and ripped us off, BUT this time looks like we have a happy ending. After all horror and drama, Zombaio is getting back on the track and paying out their merchants. They deserve an applause for that. Go Zombaio, go!! (cheerleaders cheering)

            I hear ya Hulk and we are all entitled to our opinion, but sorry I don't and won't cheer a shady company, that mis-managed, delayed and stole webmaster's money (payouts & reserves).

            Sorry in my book you can't steal funds, pay them back at your leisure and get a pat on the back.

            But if that is how you do it, more power to ya , I'm not mad at ya

                Well, I try to look at things from the bright side and not worry too much, especially not in advance. Simply, being worried is not a healthy thing and who knows, maybe attracts a bad karma. If this happened 15 years ago, I would probably be the first one here smashing and yelling. Now I'm relaxed and attracting a good karma.

                I absolutely agree with you, stealing is certainly not ok, but they didn't stole anything yet, neither closed their business down. Actually they started paying out, so I wanted to share the good news. Chances are they could pay us all and pay us in full. I have a not so common habit of supporting the underdogs and I never play 100% safe in business or life. It's fun and I like being different, but what's strange, it often pays off, one way or another. I always liked:

                - the incredible 4.9% rate (brought me a pure profit of 5%-10% per month, compared to others)
                - possibility to chat with the staff in real time (don't know if any other billing company offers this)
                - mastercard associated with the account (very practical & quite unique)

                Not bad at all. Maybe they are not the most professional company in the World, but personally, I can live with that. We'll see how this situation will end up, for now there are high chances for a positive outcome, so let's hope for the best.

                                                                Got $10k from Zombaio today (assuming the pending transactions clear to my account).

                                                                FINALLY. They were reassuring before they sent them out, and I'm happy they've done so far. Now the rest needs to be sent, and we're told we'll get paid on time now for our new payments (which one was included in the payments we just got).

                                                                Hopefully this is the start of a new trend. If they wanted to steal my funds, they should have done so before this as they've paid out quite a bit more than they'd get back if they never paid me again.

                                                                        Yah... they are learning and trying to say alive.. if/when they get their shit together hands down they will tops in the biz... they just got to get it together and keep it together. They want to survive and most of us want them to survive also ... I will sure add them back to our rotation once they have a good 3 months and these boards are more happy about them... Yah very true someone will not get paid but hope most do and they keep chugging along at low processing rates.

But I am due quite a bit more from the first month with "new" Z still, and a giant chunk of my old cash simply is not being handed over(although they did make one large payout right before the switch).

                                                                                Glad they are paying people...but I had to switch back to Verotel,when they closed my account and my rate is about 7% (lower than Zombaio) and I haven't had a single late payment in over a year...so for me not impressed that they are trying after getting a no interest loan with webmasters payouts and reserves

If someone ask me the merchant I am currently using I am happy to share that information with them . What you are trying to do here is to make it look like the merchants are doing this Paul . The only merchants that I have seen post on this thread or other zombaio threads have only offered support to people who were already looking for a merchant . Now get back to paying the people Zombaio owes money and this thread will go very quiet .

Zombaio screwed and STOLE from alot of people and paying back some people in a slow dripping manner doesn't change this fact.

                                                                                                            Zombaio may fool some people who feel they have no alternative , but I am sure you have burned the bridge for the majority. Zombaio explanation of what has happen to peoples payouts and reserves is fuzzy and bullshit at best. So instead of thinking of this as a fresh start for the company, think of it more as a confessional and explain to the industry why this company should ever be trusted again. Oh, and trying to pay everybody back is what you should do, so no cookies for that

What I find really strange is that NO ONE, not ONE payment processor is willing to come out and make the same offer to its customers (or at least as a promotion, to gain new ones) as Zombaio does. Same deal, not some 'temporary' version of it, not some 'trial basis' but the real deal. There is so much wrong with this industry. It's both scary and hysterical at the same time and that's special because not many companies can make that claim.

                                                                                                                                    Amanda what deal is that...i am getting 7.9% at Verotel that is less than Zombaio normal 9.9% deal, the only time you get 4.9% is when you are doing $75k weekly.
                                                                                                                                    Verotel will work with you on MC/Visa fees, plus since I have been back with them, they havent missed or been late with a payment in over a year.

                                                                                                                                                                    Given that Zombaio has had trouble paying, while offering the deal they have, the math may just not work for the processors with more reasonable (from our perspective) fees.

None of my sites offer Z processing currently anyways, as I won't process a dime through Zombaio until I'm paid in full, until other Z-processors I'm in contact with are paid in full.

                                                                                                                                                                        My adult work isn't a game, it's a significant portion (1/3) of my livelihood. In my business I'm responsible for payouts of 1000s per week. Small potatoes to some but for me it's huge. To the women I pay it's huge. Hell, for myself not having to pay out from my savings like I did all fucking summer is huge.

                                                                                                                                                                        On payout day I do not rest until everyone is paid in full, as that's a significant aspect of my job. I can't fathom a person sleeping peacefully knowing that they have a debt unpaid. In my case I had to pay peeps thousands out of pocket for months even after leaving Z, and both my current processor and Z apparently couldn't care less about their commitments.

                                                                                                                                                                        At least Z answers emails in a timely fashion; it's kinda sad that I have my own merchant account with a payment gateway and that I'm on a first name basis/mutual appreciation society basis with my merchant bank*, as my so-called merchant account/payment gateway rep rep is utterly useless.

                                                                                                                                                                        So yeah, in terms of unprofessional conduct I don't have a lot of patience but at the same time I'm cutting Z some slack in at least attempting to get their ish together, as for all their faults they have been superior in every way to my current processor

                                                                                                                                                                        Tomorrow I'll email Paul with my merchant ID, if I get canned for speaking up so be it. I doubt I will be, time will tell and I'll def report back here either way.

                                                                                                                                                                        Wishing everyone the best of luck in getting paid, I really hope Z can survive this and get their ish together.
